ABOUT YELLOW IRON

John has over twenty-seven years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. He is actively entitling 3 million square feet, has entitled over 3 million square feet and developed 2 million square feet of industrial real estate in Southern California. His experience includes industrial, office, multi-family residential and complex general engineering projects. John holds an undergraduate degree from Boise State University and a real estate certificate from the University of Washington. He has been involved with numerous charitable and professional organizations over the years and is currently on the Board of Directors for La Esperanza de Nuestra Comunidad.

Tony has been in the construction and development industry for twenty years. He is actively entitling 3 million square feet, has entitled over 3 million square feet and developed 2 million square feet of industrial real estate in Southern California. His experience includes industrial, office, multi-family residential and tenant improvements. Tony holds an undergraduate degree, MBA and Commercial Real Estate Certificate from the University of Washington. He is LEED AP Building Design & Construction-certified through the U.S. Green Building Council, and serves on the Board of Directors for La Esperanza de Nuestra Comunidad, Claremont Little League and Claremont Fast Pitch Softball.

Nick has six years of experience in the real estate and finance industry. Nick has worked on the acquisition, reposition and/or development of multiple industrial projects totaling over 4 million square feet. Prior to joining the team, Nick was a Relationship Manager for Sunwest Bank where he was responsible for originating construction, bridge and permanent loans and was involved in over $100 million of loan originations. Nick holds an undergraduate degree in Real Estate Finance and a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the NAIOP Southern California Chapter.

Amber has been in the construction and development industry for twelve years. Her experience includes industrial, office, multi-family residential, and public projects with over $750 million of revenue. She currently oversees the financial operations for twenty-two companies. Amber holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus in accounting from the University of Washington. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2014. Amber donates her time to La Esperanza de Nuestra Comunidad and Puyallup Valley Quilters Guild and is a member of the AICPA.

Christina oversees branding and marketing for the organization and individual projects. Her background includes 20 years of brand strategy and marketing experience across consumer and healthcare industries. Christina holds a bachelors in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

Philip has been in real estate development industry and engineering management for 16 years. Across a multitude of technical projects, he has experience in CEQA, Green Zone entitlements, environmentally challenged sites and design and construction management. Philip has delivered 900,000 SF of industrial, actively entitling of 3 million SF of industrial/business park and project managing 200,000 SF of industrial product for various clients. Prior to working at Yellow Iron, Philip worked at General Atomics as Engineering Manger overseeing multiple development projects for aircraft platforms.  Philip holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University. He has received awards from NASA for Engineering Merit and General Atomics for Operational Excellence.
