Avalon Industrial Warehouse

Acquired in 2022, Yellow Iron oversaw the market ready improvements at the 5-acre industrial site for Lift Partners. The scope of the work included the installation of a new 1,200 square foot office, new roof, asphalt paving, complete dock door packages, perimeter tube steel fencing, interior and exterior paint, lighting and demolition of an unusable 55,000 square foot building for repurpose as an ancillary truck yard. The site was leased at market rates upon completion in mid-2023.
