Paynter Seed Coating Facility

Acquired a two-building, seed coating facility from a manufacturer located in Caldwell, Idaho. The project was acquired on-market but required the negotiation of a sale-leaseback with the Seller.

Since acquiring the property, Yellow Iron completed capital improvements including curing deferred maintenance with the roof and drainage systems, installing a fence and gates surrounding the entire property, and improving the yard with base. Future improvements are currently being considered, including a potential expansion. The project is anticipated to be a 5-year hold.
